Smith's Cabin & Lodge Diamond Pull-Over Edge Grip sharpener is designed with two preset angle slots. The coarse pre-set diamond slot will remove nicks and gaps from the edge of our knife. The fine preset slot is equipped with triangular-shaped ceramic stones used to hone the edge of your knife. The sharpener has a non-slip base giving you added stability while sharpening your knives and Smith’s patented Edge Grip technology allows for sharpening on a table or countertop edge to prevent your larger knives from dragging over the surface.
